Plot
Sung Han-Mo (Song Kang-Ho) is the sole barber in the Hyoja Neighborhood, where the President of South Korea lives. One day, an unidentified person appears at the shop and Sung Han-M happens to catch a spy from North Korea. This happening makes him appointed as the President's barber. Sung Han-M finally makes his way in life as the 'First' barber in South Korea.
